Welcome toValley's End Charolais

Our farm is located in central Saskatchewan on the south east side of Lake Diefenbaker. Valley’s End encompasses over fifty-six quarter sections of pasture and grain land. Our cattle herd consists of 100 purebred Charolais and 145 commercial Red Angus-Simmental cows that are bred to Charolais bulls. On our cropland, we grow cereals, oil seeds, pulses and speciality crops.

Over the last several decades we have been breeding cattle that offer calving ease, structural soundness and performance to produce high quality offspring. The herd bulls we select complement our females and provide high performing calves that would be a great addition to any cattle operation. We are very passionate about the future of the Charolais breed. Visitors are always welcome, please feel free to stop by.

MID APRIL SNOWSTORM!
Glorious morning
Froze overnight dropping 4" of WET SNOW
+2 C at Sunrise & melting fast
Foggy Mist rose from the warm ground
The air was moist in this typically dry climate…
Anxious to hit the field to seed the crops
Let the green grass grow
Mother Nature will decide!

Oh WoW. We are having heat, little rain this month and grass fires. Rain coming hope we really get a good rain.

Great pic!

Great picture ❤️ But freezing.

Beautiful

Beautiful pic but you must certainly be getting tired of looking at snow. Ontario has had a lovely early spring.

26 degrees here in eastern Ontario. Driving some oats into the ground.

Ugh 3 inches wet snow at my place near FoamLake. Nicely drying out for feeding cattle, now this slush mess.

Spring Melt over the spillway at the old CPR dam “Murray’s Dam” Thankfully the dam has filled & an irrigation pivot can run for the season on the adjacent field. Set up irrigation there in 1978. #valleysendcharolais #irrigationsaskatchewan See MoreSee Less
